Procedure for Emergency Product Shipments


ILSCO's normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM EST.  For after hours, holiday or weekend emergency shipments, which require a SAME DAY AIR SHIPMENT from ILSCO, please call: (888) 898-6189.  Emergency shipments are subject to a $250 warehouse opening charge.

Please advise that you need an emergency shipment of product that day and leave your name, company name and phone number.  An on-call ILSCO employee will contact you per your instructions.
